Cvent's annual conference, Cvent CONNECT Europe, is right around the corner. It is going to be held on the 4 - 6 October at InterContinental London - The O2. Just like last year, Cvent CONNECT Europe will be a hybrid event.
Attendees will have the opportunity to join in-person in London or attend virtually through the Cvent Attendee Hub®. Regardless of the experience you choose, Cvent CONNECT Europe is a great opportunity to learn, network, and have fun!

Keynote Speakers
Ashley Banjo - Choreographer, dancer and now an established television presenter, and Cally Beaton - Comedian, Writer & Business Mentor will speak at the conference and will also do a limited meet and greet with our conference attendees! Both are outstanding speakers with illustrious careers in the media and in business.
Plenty of networking opportunities for hospitality professionals
If you are already a seasoned hospitality professional, you'll leave Cvent CONNECT Europe with an ever-stronger network of event planning allies and better insight into their busy lives and schedules. Grow your skills at Training Workshops
The first day of the conference, Tuesday 4th October, will consist of an all day in-person Training Workshops: CMP-accredited training experience to increase your productivity and advance your career. This classroom-style training is exclusive to event professionals joining us in-person to experience an immersive day of learning tailored to your needs.

Explore new solutions in the Innovation Pavilion
Throughout the rest of the conference, when you are not attending a session, take the time to walk through Cvent’s Innovation Pavilion and meet with Cvent experts at the “Ask the Experts Bar” to get all your strategy and product questions answered. They can help answer one-off product questions, review your event set-up with you, or provide suggestions for a unique scenario for which you would like to use Cvent. You will also be able to attend Feature Flashes in the Pavilion, where you can learn about a specific Cvent Feature from Cvent experts themselves.
Don't miss an in-depth Tech Tour
If you are curious about what technology Cvent is using to put on a hybrid conference, consider taking one of the Tech Tours. These tours are led by a Cvent employee who will take you all throughout InterContinental London - The O2 showing you what solutions were used to make different aspects of the event come together. For example, if you want to learn more about how OnArrival is used to track participation, this would be a perfect time to experience it in person.

Go virtual with the Cvent Attendee Hub
If you can’t attend onsite, don't worry, you can still experience a ton of great content and networking opportunities virtually through the Cvent Attendee Hub. You will be able to view product videos, chat with Cvent staff, and even meet with a Cvent expert on a specific topic. The Attendee Hub will also allow you to have the onsite session content, as well as virtual sessions, right at your fingertips.
