Alan gave me fantastic intro to reeds, types, chanters, pipes, the lot. he also performed on our Burns Night. Tho quiet he was fantastic in full regalia. Highly recommended. Everyone was astounded in March hall, Edinburgh. He also advised me and Asha on host of other services. Would we ask him to play again? definitely.
