I had the misfortune to have used this company when purchasing my home. The first sign of trouble was upon my initial meeting and the solicitor started to berate me for a late payment of his fees. I just sat in stunned silence as it dawned upon him that we had never actually met. No apology was forthcoming. Secondly when I was passing over a cheque for his fees and the deposit on the property which came to an 'odd' sum - say £1878.89, I was told - ach - you might was well round it up to £1880. Absolutely shocking thing to say. I was truly disgusted by the behavior of this individual and would heartily recommend that you look else where for your legal needs.
