Ate here three times while on holiday in Stirling. Food excellent each time, as was service. Kids menu very good and great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I went here a few weeks ago with my wife, father-in-law and 2 daughters. While the food and the table service were pretty good, I was charged an extra £1.55 (yes, £1.55!) for an extra shot in my coffee. Given that Starbucks etc charge about 40p, I felt this was probably a mistake. The waiter said not, so I queried it with the manager. He told me that the charge for an extra shot is the same as the charge for a separate espresso, in a separate cup! When I said I felt this was a bit over the top, he simply turned his back on me and ignored me! While I could forgive the excessive charge for the extra shot, I dont think such disrespectful behaviour is acceptable. I wont be back. As I say, the food is good, but be warned.....if anything goes wrong, dont expect a sympathetic ear from the management.

Had never sent food back to the kitchen until I ate here, when it came back the sides hadn't been replaced and were cold. The "well done" steak was also still almost raw in the middle. Won't be back!
